A social media fitness enthusiast has moved into the Smith House located on Long Island Shore. The house seems very simply laid out. He wants to add something to the home that can combine his interests and add more personal value for him. He is a fitness influencer who makes a living off his workout routines and his day to day for social media. He needs a space to film and do his workouts that is separate from the rest of the home. We create an addition to his new home in which he gets his workout space and much more to work with for his filming on social media.
